Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer II to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer environments, applying application and infrastructure updates
• Triage and help remediate production infrastructure and application issues
• Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to improve application robustness and software delivery

Required Qualifications

• Some experience on a major cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git) and command-line tools
• Familiarity with common Linux/Windows commands and concepts
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools/services (e.g. New Relic, Sumo Logic, CloudWatch)
