A company is looking for a Manager, Professional Services - COBRA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end COBRA client onboarding, managing the full implementation lifecycle
- Deliver high-touch service for strategic clients and act as the escalation point for complex projects
- Drive team performance and development by leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of COBRA implementation specialists
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration, with at least 2 years focused on COBRA
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing software implementation or client services teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated expertise in COBRA compliance and benefits administration
- Proficient in implementation platforms, project management tools, and Microsoft Office
