Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of analysts, overseeing performance and development
• Lead collateral file reporting and departmental projects, ensuring data integrity and process optimization
• Analyze data to provide insights and communicate project status to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Four plus (4+) years of experience in collateral, report development, data analysis, and mortgage loss mitigation
• One to three (1-3) years of experience in a Business Analyst role or related field
• Experience in analyzing and improving business reporting and processes
