Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex searches and examinations of public land records for commercial and residential properties
• Train and support fellow commercial searchers, addressing their inquiries
• Collaborate with the Underwriting Department on matters requiring review and approval

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience examining commercial title in Colorado
• Deep knowledge of state and county recording statutes, title standards, and underwriting practices
• Associates degree or equivalent, or 10 years of related experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively
• Familiarity with legal descriptions, surveys, and maps
