Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex searches and examinations of public land records for commercial and residential properties
• Train and assist fellow commercial searchers with inquiries and operational support
• Collaborate with the Underwriting Department on matters requiring review and approval

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience examining commercial title in Colorado
• Deep knowledge of state and county recording statutes, title standards, and search protocols
• Understanding of lien priority rules and underwriting practices
• Associates degree or equivalent, or 10 years of related experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
