Commerce Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commerce Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solutioning conversations with Shopify commerce leads
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships and account roadmaps
• Ensure seamless handoff from pre-sales to delivery, aligning with internal teams for project success

Required Qualifications

• Experience in solutions consulting, technical sales, or agency client services
• Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including apps and integrations
• Highly organized and proactive in follow-through
• Comfortable in a consultative, non-transactional sales role
• Prior experience at a Shopify partner or commerce agency is a plus
