Commercial Credit Senior Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Credit Senior Associate - Corporate / Institutional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and monitor loan portfolios to manage credit risk
• Facilitate credit needs by underwriting requests and ensuring compliance with credit policies
• Prepare financial models and cash flow analyses, and partner with relationship managers throughout the deal process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and credit metrics analysis
• Emerging proficiency in understanding and negotiating legal documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
