Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate implementation of systems using project management principles
- Lead requirements analysis, validation, and verification to ensure completeness and clarity of documentation
- Develop training materials and conduct training on new system implementations and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a business analyst role within the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Knowledge of insurance operations, particularly in claims, underwriting, and financial processes
- Experience with workers compensation claims handling is required
- Professional certifications (CPCU, PMI-PBA, IIBA) are a plus
