Commercial Lending Product Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lending Experience and Product Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and finalize front-to-back requirements, including documentation of operational business processes and integrations
• Collaborate with technology leads and teams to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives
• Develop product vision and strategy in partnership with senior leadership to drive continuous growth and improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of experience in product development, marketing, strategy, or digital processes
• Syndication lending experience and familiarity with finance
• Experience with LoanIQ, DataNet, Trader Desktop, AFS
• Proven ability to implement strategies and set realistic objectives
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree highly desired
