A company is looking for a Commercial Platforms Business Analyst - nCino.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and refine business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Analyze system usage data and optimize workflows to enhance platform initiatives
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of system implementation experience in commercial banking
• 3+ years of experience with nCino or Salesforce-based financial systems
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and process improvement
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan origination and regulatory compliance
