Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business/Systems Analyst to support a federal directorate in the National Capital Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project/program management support, including problem identification and requirements analysis
- Support end users through remote sessions and maintain training documentation
- Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and develop program/project plans and charters
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 10 years of experience with a bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, engineering, finance, or information management preferred
- Experience in operations research systems analysis or related field preferred
- Familiarity with decision analysis methods for evaluating analytic tools and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint
- Experience with the CBP Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Accountability (PPBA) framework is a plus
