Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate communications and outreach materials
- Create web and social media content to inform stakeholders about the Child Support Program
- Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information to payees, payers, employers, and government officials
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic communications plans
- Proficiency in at least three specified software programs (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe, social media)
- Experience in creating written communications materials
- Education or training in English grammar, Literature, or Journalism
- Experience in designing graphics for diverse audiences
