Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complaints Administrative Assistant, US Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and process complaints, incidents, and claims
  • Conduct data entry, generate reports, and perform internal audits
  • Make outbound calls to debtors to discuss claim findings
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Collateral Repossession, Insurance Claims, or related fields
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • Familiarity with Google email, Docs, and Sheets is preferred
  • Experience in claims and/or complaints is a plus
