Key Responsibilities
- Answer client questions on licensing, insurance, and SLA requirements
- Analyze data from reports to track key compliance tasks and trends
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual questionnaires
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role in repossession or financial institutions
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Strong analytical aptitude and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with caseworkers for timely resolutions
