Licensed Business Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Litigation Attorney for a remote, long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal research, analysis, and support in business litigation matters
• Draft briefs, motions, and legal memoranda to support litigation strategies
• Manage breach of contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, and partnership agreement conflicts

Required Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with any US jurisdiction
• 5+ years of business and/or commercial litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage litigation matters with minimal supervision
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Oral advocacy skills
