Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand general counsel services to clients, including corporate and IP legal services
• Develop and maintain client relationships while collaborating with a team of legal professionals
• Deliver pragmatic and cost-effective legal solutions tailored to client needs

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house experience as General Counsel or in a senior legal role
• 3+ years of law firm training
• Substantive legal experience as a corporate generalist
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state of residence or practice
