Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Foster client relationships and provide leadership to less experienced attorneys

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA approved law school
• Active bar license in New Jersey
• Preferred clerkship experience
• 6+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proficiency in MS Suite and experience with time management systems
