Job Summary
A company is looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst to serve as the key liaison between the Security organization and customers, focusing on security-related inquiries and contract reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer security inquiries and contract language reviews
- Respond to customer security questionnaires and coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information
- Review and provide feedback on security and compliance clauses in customer contracts and support during audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a security, audit, or trust-related role
- Familiarity with key security and privacy frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR
- Strong understanding of audit processes and compliance standards
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry
