Senior Attorney - Data Rights

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Attorney - Data and Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise internal stakeholders on legal issues related to healthcare data analytics and AI technologies
• Serve on the AI governance committee to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with data use in AI projects
• Provide training and develop compliance procedures regarding AI and data usage legal standards

Required Qualifications

• Law school degree (JD) and active bar membership
• 8-10 years of experience in a large law firm, in-house setting, or governmental entity
• Experience with AI-related projects in the technology or healthcare IT industry
• Knowledge of complex healthcare data rights regulations and related contracts
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
