Contract Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to join their Global SSU team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, track, and finalize Confidentiality Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Budgets, and Letters of Indemnification
• Negotiate final CDA and CTA templates with clients and the internal project team
• Manage all contractual agreements with investigator sites, including distribution, negotiation, and finalization

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in business administration, legal studies, or life sciences; JD degree highly preferred
• At least 1 year of legal experience with contract language, budget development, and negotiations
• At least 1 year of related industry experience, preferably in a CRO
• Ability to work with internal and external customers/vendors to meet project-specific goals
• Experience managing time and project requirements based on study deliverables
