A company is looking for a Sr Reinsurance Treaty Specialist to manage legal documents related to treaty contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute treaty contracts, amendments, and NDAs based on client requests
- Ensure timely execution of documents, especially before year-end deadlines
- Draft and review legal documents with a focus on detail and organization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contract/treaty writing, including legal documents
- Writing experience specific to the insurance industry, preferably life insurance
- Extensive expertise with Word and PDF, including redlining changes
- Experience using SharePoint for document management
- Knowledge of reinsurance industry practices is a plus
