A company is looking for a Paralegal to assist the Chief Legal Officer with various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, policies, and agreements
- Organize and maintain legal documents, contracts, approvals, and files
- Ensure corporate and regulatory filings are up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal requirements
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate with 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience in contract review and management, corporate filings, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Excellent legal research skills, including the ability to research new and unfamiliar areas of law
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
