Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Litigation Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Litigation Counsel in developing legal strategies and drafting responses for litigation matters
  • Prepare, organize, and review legal documentation including pleadings and discovery materials
  • Coordinate communication and documentation workflows between internal departments and external legal counsel
Required Qualifications:
  • Law degree (Juris Doctor or international equivalent); U.S. law school preferred
  • 3-4 years of legal operations or litigation support experience, preferably in financial services or real estate
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes, discovery, and document management
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe; experience with legal matter management tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
