Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for various clients
- Work under the guidance of partners and collaborate with attorneys and paralegals
- Focus on the tactical aspects of cases with minimal in-person court appearances required
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
- Barred in good standing in Washington, California, or Arizona
- Strong background in employment law and civil litigation
- Experience working with administrative agencies
- Ability to manage a flexible billable hours target without business development pressure
