Key Responsibilities
- Leads a team of paralegals in preparing board materials, regulatory filings, and managing regulatory calendars
- Monitors and delegates work assignments based on skills and client demands
- Serves as a primary legal contact for clients and coordinates with various stakeholders on fund issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of paralegal or legal administration experience in a corporate or law firm environment
- 5+ years of experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940
- 1-2 years of management and leadership experience
