Corporate Counsel - Data Privacy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate or Senior Corporate Counsel - Commercial Contracts, RFPs, Data Privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements
• Manage and review RFP responses, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Identify and ensure compliance with data privacy laws and deliver related training

Required Qualifications:

• Law degree and bar certification in good standing in any U.S. state
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial contracts for Senior level or equivalent for Corporate Counsel level
• At least 4 years of experience managing RFP responses
• Experience with data privacy agreements and compliance documents
• Proficient in using MacBook, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
