Senior Paralegal (Fund Formation)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal (Fund Formation).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex fund formation launches and translate legal terms into scalable workflows
• Design Legal Success Program playbooks and establish internal standards for law firm partners
• Manage law firm relationships and coordinate demos to enhance client engagement with the platform

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct fund formation experience as a senior paralegal
• Working knowledge of venture, private equity, or hedge fund structures and relevant securities regulations
• Comfortable interacting with Managing Partners, General Counsel, and C-Suite executives
• Experience implementing SaaS or fintech solutions is a plus
• Familiarity with electronic signature, KYC/AML, and capital call processes is advantageous
