Lead Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Contracts Specialist experienced in government and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review proposals for compliance with regulations and company policies
• Negotiate third-party agreements and coordinate with management for favorable terms
• Monitor contractual performance and mitigate risks across a portfolio of contracts

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. citizen, willing to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of experience with government-funded contracts in defense and aerospace
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and related regulations
