Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist to coordinate compliance efforts related to contingent labor across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance with global, federal, and local labor laws regarding contingent workers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain policies governing contingent workforce engagement
• Conduct independent reviews of worker classification decisions and support audit preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, compliance, or contingent labor management
• Deep understanding of contingent labor issues, including worker classification and global compliance requirements
• Strong technical system and data management aptitude
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws in NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions
