Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist to coordinate compliance efforts related to contingent labor across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compliance with global, federal, and local labor laws regarding contingent workers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain policies governing contingent workforce engagement
- Conduct independent reviews of worker classification decisions and support audit preparation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, compliance, or contingent labor management
- Deep understanding of contingent labor issues, including worker classification and global compliance requirements
- Strong technical system and data management aptitude
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws in NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions
