U.S. Immigration Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Immigration Counsel to manage U.S. employment-based immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of U.S. immigration matters, including various visa and green card processes
• Draft, prepare, and review immigration-related documents and maintain compliance records
• Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on immigration issues and manage immigration calendars

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership
• 5+ years of U.S. employment-based immigration experience
• Proven ability to manage high-volume immigration casework independently
• Strong drafting and organizational skills
• Familiarity with immigration case tracking systems preferred
