Legal Risk Compliance Practice Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Group Leader - Legal Risk & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on legal compliance, including AML and regulatory risk
• Partner with sales leadership to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Support strategic sales opportunities and build relationships with client stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in legal technology, legal risk and compliance, or law firm operations
• Strong business development acumen with a proven ability to drive pipeline growth
• Deep understanding of legal compliance processes, particularly business acceptance and AML
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions in a matrixed environment
• Familiarity with compliance technologies is a plus
