Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform corporate secretarial duties, including drafting resolutions and maintaining corporate minute books
- Generate initial contracts and assist in the commercial contracting process
- Initiate investigations for subpoenas and liaise with outside counsel on litigation matters
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible legal experience
- Experience in a large law firm or legal department of a public company is desirable
- Familiarity with legal concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to work independently and possess excellent research skills
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
