Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating practice notes and annotated forms related to construction litigation
• Conduct ongoing legal research initiatives
• Draft construction-related documents with substantive experience

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of at least one State bar
• At least five years of experience as a practicing Construction Litigator
• Substantive experience drafting construction-related documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Word with track changes and online research
