Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead IP Operations (Patent Agent - Biology/Chemistry) NA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of IP Management System processes in North America
• Manage relationships with US IP law firms, optimizing billing processes and work allocation
• Provide strategic direction and support to a team of NA IP professionals, ensuring compliance with USPTO regulations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biology, biological sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Admission to practice before the USPTO
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Intellectual Property or Legal Teams
• 4 years of people leadership experience preferred
• In-house IP experience preferred
