Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support compliance monitoring and testing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform periodic reviews of business activities as mandated by the Compliance Management System
- Contribute to compliance audits and monitoring activities, ensuring timely completion
- Prepare reports of findings and recommendations from monitoring reviews and escalate significant compliance issues
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience in auditing or monitoring activities, including planning and reporting
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical thinker with decision-making capabilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
Education & Experience
- BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in consumer finance preferred
- Prior experience in compliance testing, internal/external audit, or risk management is highly desirable
