Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regulatory & Litigation Legal Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive scheduling support for litigation matters, coordinating meetings, depositions, and court deadlines
- Oversee the administrative lifecycle of legal matters within case management systems, including file setup and closure procedures
- Assist with administrative billing support by tracking invoices and coordinating with internal departments
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a legal assistant or litigation paralegal
- Direct experience within litigation practice at a law firm or in a corporate legal department
- Experience supporting consumer litigation or class action matters is highly preferred
- An associate or bachelor's degree is required
- A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is a plus but not required
