Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 10+ years of relevant commercial legal experience, including 7 years in-house
• Deep expertise in complex commercial transactions and international trade
• Experience supporting M&A projects and strategic business initiatives
