Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Network Regulatory Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and management of the Compliance Program, including problem identification and oversight of compliance activities
• Participate in compliance audits, investigations, and the development of corrective action plans
• Document compliance activities and support the development of compliance policies, training materials, and reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of six years of experience in compliance programs within healthcare organizations
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) required within 24 months of hire
• Expert knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
