Senior Employment Law Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Employment Law Counsel to provide legal counsel on employment-related matters globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on employment-related disputes, litigation, and regulatory compliance
• Draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and assist with global employment law training
• Engage and manage local external legal counsel as needed and stay updated on employment laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and/or LLM degree with notable academic achievement and Bar membership
• 10+ years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, with in-house experience preferred
• Experience in a multinational matrix organization
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships at all levels
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
