Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory activities and fee schedule changes related to Workers' Compensation and Auto PIP
• Research and distribute updates on legislative and regulatory changes to relevant teams
• Compile and maintain documentation and provide information to internal departments regarding regulatory changes

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of industry experience in workers' compensation, healthcare, managed care, or bill review
• Familiarity with research tools and state regulatory documentation
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce
• Professional phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively with state entities and vendors
