A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory activities and fee schedule changes related to Workers' Compensation and Auto PIP
- Research and distribute updates on legislative and regulatory changes to relevant teams
- Compile and maintain documentation and provide information to internal departments regarding regulatory changes
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of industry experience in workers' compensation, healthcare, managed care, or bill review
- Familiarity with research tools and state regulatory documentation
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce
- Professional phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively with state entities and vendors
