Legal Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst to support digital transformation projects in a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with legal technology migration projects, including ebilling tools and legal hold systems
• Support outside counsel management by renewing agreements and leveraging management platforms
• Administer legal technology platforms and provide training and technical support to team members

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Legal Operations Analyst or in a related role (e.g., Paralegal, Litigation Support)
• Understanding of ebilling workflows and concepts
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Experience with legal technology platforms such as Persuit, TyMetrix 360, and Brightflag
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
