Job Summary

A company is looking for an eDiscovery Lead Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of high-volume, complex discovery projects, including data collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI)
• Advise litigation defense teams on discovery strategy by applying deep knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and legal nuances
• Collaborate across various legal teams and employ advanced eDiscovery tools to optimize review efficiency and case outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in managing complex litigation matters and eDiscovery processes
• Proficiency in eDiscovery technologies, data analytics, and legal workflows
• Experience drafting and negotiating ESI protocols and related discovery documents
• Ability to design and implement internal processes for ESI management
• Experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members
