Required Qualifications

• J.D. and Bar Admission in Arizona or jurisdictions with reciprocity
• 10+ years of business immigration experience across various case matters
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports and conducting performance reviews
• Ability to manage high case volumes under time pressure
• Strong digital acumen and a customer-focused leadership approach
