New Business Intake Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Business Intake Analyst (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide contextual analysis of conflict results and manage intake requests
• Perform conflict searches for new clients and matters, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies
• Assist in technology projects related to new business intake and communicate with legal personnel

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a law firm environment, preferably in new business and conflicts
• Experience with Intapp, iManage, and Aderant preferred
• Ability to take full ownership of assigned duties with a strong work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and coordinate work
• Highly self-motivated and capable of prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure environment
