Governance Risk Compliance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Governance Risk & Compliance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the governance compliance structure/program and report on governance, risk, and compliance
• Collaborate on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for risk identification across jurisdictions
• Design and implement the Risk Assurance Program and manage SOC2 and SOC1 audits

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, preferably in a multinational company
• Experience in risk assessment, mitigation, and internal controls
• Program and project management experience, including strategic planning
• Proven ability to manage goals, metrics, and executive-level reporting
• Fluent in English with a reliable home internet connection
