Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to support its legal team across various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and maintain contract templates
• Support intellectual property strategy and collaborate on patent-related matters
• Ensure regulatory compliance and provide guidance on employment law and corporate governance

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 2-4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
• Strong background in commercial contracting and intellectual property law
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
