Key Responsibilities

- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents while ensuring compliance with court rules
- Schedule depositions and meetings, serving as a primary point of contact for external parties
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a litigation setting
- Proficiency in e-filing procedures for state and federal courts
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
