Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare medical and dental plan documents for standard and non-standard groups in compliance with regulations
  • Function as a subject matter expert and respond to inquiries regarding plan documents
  • Produce Summary of Benefit and Coverage (SBC) and Plan Change Form documents
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of insurance experience preferred in Claims and/or Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Minimum typing ability of 35 wpm
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional image
