Vice President of Trade Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Transfer Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply international trade and customs laws, providing guidance on compliance programs and risk assessments
• Advise on foreign trade zone setup and tariff reduction strategies while managing multiple projects
• Cultivate client relationships and represent the firm in industry forums to identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in trade compliance or customs advisory services
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and global trade practices
• Experience managing project timelines and budgets
• Familiarity with ERP systems or global trade management software is a plus
• Relevant credentials such as JD, CPA, or U.S. customs broker license are advantageous
