Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel - Commercial Alliances (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys to align with strategic alliances goals
• Negotiate and draft complex licensing and partnership agreements as needed
• Provide strategic legal counsel on business initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in-house
• Proven experience in negotiating and drafting complex channel and partner agreements in the SaaS sector
• Demonstrated ability to scale a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance legal risks and business goals
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active membership in good standing with a state bar
